Agios Nikolaos in Megalochori is a small chapel located on the island of Santorini. But this small church isn’t like any other church, and it was built in the rocky cliffs that overlook the crater and the Aegean sea below. Its bell tower has the traditional triptych of bells that can be found all around the Greek islands, but this feels more unique due to its location.
Next to the ancient Agora of Kos, opposite the fortress of Neratzia, is where you will find one of the oldest trees in Kos: the plane tree of Hippocrates. This historical tree is visited by thousands of people every year due to a story that became a legend.

Berlin has a vast transport network composed of S-Bahn and U-Bahn lines that cover almost 500 km of tracks across the city. And the town used to have even more tracks, but due to political divisions, world wars and economic problems, some of those tracks were abandoned. One of those is known as Friedhofsbahn, and it used to connect Berlin-Wannsee to Stahnsdorf.
