When you’re checking in, you’re invited to grab a bottle of Shampoo and Conditioner because there’s no need for those really small containers that just promote the excess waste of product and excess amount of plastic in the end.

The bottles have enough for 5 to 7 washes if you’re like me: hair around your shoulders but really thin hair. You can always request more if you like.

The internet they provide is fast but has a login and password for each person. A bit strange for most foreigners but fairly common for a country with no free internet. And speaking about free internet, make sure you save this link for your future trip Free Wifi Berlin.

The room they offered us was great: 2 windows facing the street, tv and a tablet so you could control everything. The bathroom is great, spacious and the shower is strong and relaxing!

Just a pro tip: if you’re more of a winter person like us, ask for a room with no direct sunlight. Felipe felt great inside the room but for me, the perfect temperature is around 13 or 15 Celsius, so it was just too warm.

They offer a strong and super pretty fan in every room but you know, it is not the same.

I bet the room is perfect when there’s no heat wave, and we reviewed the hotel during the worst period for me. Berlin was for over 10 or 15 days with temperatures over 31 Celsius.

 

 

Overall about what to expect

In general the hotel is great and you’ll have a wonderful time there, the breakfast is yummy and you can find many options of fresh and warm German breads (the best bread in the world!) and many fruits and beverages. You can even have your morning coffee in their magical internal garden – and you should!
